Listing Feeds To Realtor.comĀ®Agents must have a 'Premium' Membership to feed listings to Realtor.com® Starting August 2nd, 2011, real estate agents with a 'Premium' Membership that would like to have their listings feed to Realtor.com® can now choose this syndication option when a listing is entered or under their account settings to affect all listings. Agents that have a 'Standard' Membership and paid for a year up front are entitled to a credit if you wish to upgrade to Premium Membership. Please contact the NY State MLS Office at info@nystatemls.com for more details. Special Note: There is special field for the marketing remarks (labeled 'Public Remarks'† when entering a listing) for Realtor.com® that DOES NOT allow any self promotion (no contact information, no web addresses, no phone numbers, no agent or brokerage names). If you do NOT fill in this field, your listing will not have any marketing text fed to Realtor.com®. In addition, your profile information (including your office) will feed to Realtor.com® with each listing from your account, so be sure that your profile information is up-to-date and correct. Starting the week of October 3rd, 2011, Open House information will also feed to Realtor.com® for any listings that you have. You can still self promote in the marketing remarks (labeled 'Marketing Blurb') that feed to Point2 Agent (available for agents with a 'Standard' or 'Premium' Membership). † Please be mindful not to make any fair housing comment violations in any part of your listings. As per our terms of use each broker is responsible for their listing's comments and the NY State MLS will not be held responsible for any Fair Housing Violation Comments. The 'Public Remarks' field has a fair housing filter on them to help agents with this task, but ultimately it is each broker's responsibility to comply. There is also a Fair Housing Guide that that you can read. |
