Listings Syndication from NY State MLS

The NY State MLS and Point2 Agent bring you listing syndication. 

You will be able to advertise your listings to 54+ consumer search sites, with your listing displaying on over 300 destinations, at no additional cost to you. Additionally, leads from your listings will be delivered to you at no cost when you sign up for the free 3 month trial to Point2 Agent. 

All Standard and Premium member listings will be available for listing syndication.  To "opt-out ", see the directions below.

Free 'Basic' Member Listings do not syndicate.  You must be a 'Standard' or 'Premium' Member to have your listings syndicate.

What does your Syndication Dashboard include?

• Access to over 35 Listing Syndication partners
• Ability to disable any Syndication Partners for your individual listings
• Basic Listing Syndication Traffic Reports

How to Get Started

Syndication Dashboard and directions for opting-out. 

1. You will have the option to “opt-out” to Point2 at the MLS level. To opt-out, go to the "Profile Tab", click "Edit My Profile", then select "No" in the drop down box on Listing Syndication.
2. Your Syndication Dashboard invitation will be delivered via email within 24hrs of entering an active listing.
3. Please keep an eye on your inbox for this special email from ‘Point2 Agent’ with the link for your own Dashboard. The email will be sent to the email address on file within our MLS system.
4. You will have 7 days to disable any Syndication Partners (partners are enabled by default) before Listings Syndication occurs.

For Agents: By default your listings will syndicate to all partners that your Broker has determined, but if you'd like to specify further, it is very easy to do.  You can familiarize yourself with the Syndication Dashboard in the meantime by reviewing the Syndication Dashboard Getting Started Guide for Agents.

For Brokers: Familiarize yourself with the Syndication Dashboard ahead of time by reviewing the Syndication Dashboard Getting Started Guide for Brokers or attend any live informational webinars offered by Point2 to learn more.

For Agents: You must activate your Syndication Dashboard in order to receive your online leads (your broker will receive your leads if you do not login to your Dashboard at least one time)

For Brokers: Agents may only view the selections made by you and will not be able to override partners you’ve disabled.

***FROM TIME TO TIME LISTING SYNDICATION MAY BE SUSPENDED FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.  WHEN THAT OCCURS LISTINGS THAT WERE ENTERED DURING THE MAINTENANCE PERIOD WILL FEED THE NEXT DAY THAT THE FEED IS ENABLED FOLLOWING THE MAINTENANCE SUSPENSION
