How do I change my password? - After login click on the "Edit My Account" link in the upper right hand corner and then click the "Change Password" link. You can also find "Change Password" under Quick Links in the lower left corner of your profile page.

How many listings can I add? - Unlimited.  As a member, you can post as many listings to NY State MLS. Each listing can feature as many as 21 photos.

Your system is telling me my license has expired, what can I do? - Have no fear.  It's just that we don't have your most updated information from New York State.  Simply follow the steps for "How do I update my license information in your system?" below.

How do I change my company name and address? - Your company information (also called office information) is pulled directly from New York State's Occupational Licensing System.  Your real estate agent license number is tied to your office.  To update our system records, simply follow the steps for "How do I update my license information in your system?" below.

How do I update my license information in your system? - If your license number, expiration date, office name, or address has changed recently, follow these steps:

  • Click on the "Edit My Account" link in the upper right hand corner
  • Scroll down and then click the "Edit License" link.
  • Enter your license (if it is different than the one already filled in) and click the "Confirm" button.
  • If the information that appears is valid, click the "Save License" button
  • Your company, office address, license number, and license expiration are now updated in our system.
