About Cynthia Adler

With 20 years experience, helping buyers and sellers and renters with their real estate transactions, I know what is required to make the winning difference for my clients. My real estate career has been built primarily from the referrals of my clients. Meeting their needs is my driving force and making their transactions as easy as possible is my number one goal. It's my passion, my pleasure, and a true privilege to be part of their team.

The best transactions are ones without winners and losers, but where everyone at the table feels they got the best deal they could get. Having a solid reputation for being fair, easy to work with, and as an agent who is always a step ahead of every detail of the transaction has been a deciding factor that has pushed my client's contracts to the front of the pile in many multiple offer situations.
,br>A Texas native, I came from a family of builders and architects and spent a large part of my youth at construction sites. I studied Communications at the University of Texas in Austin and after working at local television and radio stations, moved east in 1983 to work as a Washington Correspondent, in the nation?s capital. That is where I met my husband, a New York native, and where we started our family.

My hobby and passion was always visiting Open Houses and studying the real estate market, and my first transaction was a home I found and negotiated for my family. It wasn?t long before I was advising friends and relatives as well. In 1998, I decided to make real estate sales a full time career. I got my license and, with great enthusiasm and determination, hit the ground with my feet running and haven?t stopped since.

Now, an empty nester, I am able to live and work in the two most dynamic metropolitan cities in the world. Licensed in New York, Washington D.C. and Virginia, I am living my dream selling both residential and commercial properties.

The New York City real estate market is like no other in the world. Being prepared and having a good plan in place is key for buying, selling or renting or investing. Having someone on your side who knows how to navigate the process will save time, money and frustration. I am easy to reach, if you would like to discuss a strategy for your next move.
