A transplant from her hometown St. Louis, Missouri in 2011, Melanie remembers her experiences when she first moved to New York. ?It was stressful, overwhelming, yet exciting. If I can help anyone feel at ease and protected during the process, I would feel accomplished!?

Melanie attended Missouri State University and is also a trained actress. She studied acting at various studios in NYC including Penny Templeton. Working in hospitality for 10 years and as an actress on TV and in film has given her a penchant for customer service, an ability to relate to everyone, and a sharp mind for remembering details.

Her real estate clients will also appreciate Melanie?s transparency and friendly approach. She believes in what may seem old-fashioned but is still tried and true ? to treat others as she would like to be treated, with respect, commitment, and communication through the entire transaction.

Melanie specializes in sales and rentals in NYC, and in providing help every step of the way. She previously lived in Midtown West and fell in love with Astoria five years ago. Her other huge passion besides real estate are acting and mixology. Melanie makes a delicious spicy margarita, and has an adorable yet crazy ginger cat named Molly.
