Riad Touchan hails from Damascus, Syria where he graduated from the University of Architecture in 1978. He started his career working for the United Nations in his hometown and spent three decades in the construction office until he retired. He possesses an international knowledge of real estate in the Middle East and France as he was dealing with and engaged in some business there.
Riad worked for two years in a reputable petroleum company in Algeria as an engineering coordinator for a project with a cost of approximately half a billion Euros. He was generous in providing his subordinates all kinds of advice, guidance, and shared his past business experience. In order to improve and develop the quality of work, he was accustomed to treating people the way he wanted to be treated.
With a log of his travel around Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Riad could not find a better place to live other than Manhattan which possesses an attractive and unique ambiance both during the days and nights, so he decided to settle with his family here, in Midtown East.
