Sakina draws on her seasoned experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant for 12 years, and background managing a retail store where she honed the keen interpersonal, multitasking and customer service skills that serve her well today. She is known for her service-oriented approach, and absolute readiness to give the utmost attention to every task set before her, no matter how large or small.

Born and raised in Harlem, Sakina moved to Flatbush, Brooklyn to attend Brooklyn College where she studied business administration. She currently lives in Queens with her husband, son and Shorkie dog Rico. When not working, the family enjoys spending time with their giant family around the New York area. Also very creative, Sakina published her first book in 2016 and is working on two new full-length novels in different genres to share with the world.
