Stephen Perotti joined Elyse Harney Real Estate after an extended time as the sole real estate broker for his own business, Country Property Agents. Stephen has been selling real estate since he was 19 years of age, developing an extensive level of knowledge and expertise within the New York real estate market. At 19, Stephen was appointed to the Town of Northeast Zoning Board of Appeals and served on the board for 2 years. After serving on the ZBA he was elected to the Town of Northeast Board of Assessors. Stephen served as a Tax Assessor for 5 years, receiving his Assessor/Appraising certification from the NYS Office of Real Property Services. Stephen was raised on his family's dairy farm and has extensive knowledge of Northeast, Amenia, Pine Plains, and Millerton, New York area. Stephen is a true “local” having lived here all his life. He takes great pride when describing the Harlem Valley as “one of the most beautiful places to live in the entire Tri-State Region”.
