I have been in the construction/development/real estate business for 40 years. As a developer of many housing developments and condo/apartment buildings, my experience is expansive and all inclusive. My commercial development projects included small strip plazas, stand alone sites, and custom built projects. I have built and owned a large mobile home community, multiple apartment buildings, single family home developments, and a variety of multi-use structures.
