BACKGROUND
As founder of NYC-based consulting firm Millennium Technology Group, Mr. Fleming served as a consultant specializing in technology, human resources management, and project management services to small businesses and non-profit agencies.
CORPORATE EXPERIENCE
Director of Sales | Japan-based NTT Communications. During his tenure with NTT, he held several key leadership positions including director of sales and marketing.
EDUCATION
Mr. Fleming graduated from the State University of New York at Oswego with a degree in Organizational Communications and a Minor in Business Administration. He received his NYS real estate broker's license from the Manfred Real Estate Institute in Albany, New York.
