What Makes NY State MLS Different from other Real Estate Sites?

NY State MLS is a place to advertise property types not normally allowed by most MLS services, for example

• Business Only Listings – Allowed
• Manufactured on Leased Land – Allowed
• Residential Rental – Allowed
• Coop – Allowed

All other property types are allowed as well.  This includes residential, multi-unit, mother-daughter, condo, commercial lease, commercial land, commercial building, vacant land, manufactured on private land, farm/estate.

NY State MLS has easy search tools for foreclosures, short sales, bank owned, estate, handy-man, and must sell
