Bryan formed an interest in real estate while purchasing his first home on the North Carolina Coast at the early age of 23. He saw the value that his agent added to the transaction and ultimately the value in real estate investing. When the Coast Guard transferred him back to New Jersey, where he is originally from, Bryan decided to rent out his property in North Carolina and buy another property in Jersey City Heights.
