Wanda Forden was born in Wilmington North Carolina and raised in New York City. She attended Woodbury University in Los Angeles, California and then continued her education at NYU where she graduated with her Associate Degree in Business. After graduating college she began her career in Real Estate and worked with a dual license in Pennsylvania and Georgia where she then became an associate broker. Throughout her years in this ever fluctuating industry, she began to expand her horizons and began working as a Legal Secretary/Wordprocessor at Kramer Levin and Paul Weiss. Her background in business helped her to build a strong and powerful platform from the ground up. Her determination, loyalty, and honesty is part of the essence of who she is as a leader.

When helping a client find their dream home, Wanda is with you every step of the way. Not only does she invest in her own properties, but she has been working in the New York real estate Market for 16 years.

In her downtime you can find her spending time with her family, volunteering around Manhattan and learning about different cultures.
