I would highly recommend working with Delroy. 5/10/2018 Last week, I had the pleasure of working with Robert Nicol and Fernando Aponte. I first met Robert when another agent (from a different firm) missed an appointment we had scheduled. While unscheduled, he showed me another option in the same building saving me some time. He really listened to what I was looking for in an apartment and even though the first apartment (my choice to see) was not the right fit, he had several suggestions of buildings I had not yet considered. He had a client already scheduled (remember our meeting was not planned) so he pulled in his colleague, Fernando Aponte. Fernando showed me two buildings which were not on my initial list but met all my criteria. Fernando was especially helpful in following up on my queries and was persistent with the buildings. I would recommend both Fernando and Robert if you have need of their services.
