I am a lifelong resident of Oneonta and very active in community. For the past 8 years I have been a property manager for over 30 facilities in an 8 county area of Otsego, Delaware, Chenango, Schoharie, Madison, Herkimer, Montgomery, and Futon. My background is in facilities management and Project Management with professional affiliations with the National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) A s a member of the International Associations of Approved Basketball Officials (IAABO), I have been a High school basketball official for 25 years , the rules interpreter for 19 years providing the education and training programs for all new basketball officials. I am also a Member of the Eastern College Athletic Conference, and the National Junior College Athletic Association. As a member of the National Associations of Realtors, and the New York State Associations of Realtors, I look forward to assisting you with your real-estate needs.
