About Robert Potts

Robert “Robbie” Potts…Hinton, Oklahoma
I obtained my Real Estate License January 22, 1991 and my Broker’s License November 27, 1996.   Over the years a well respected retired businessman by the name of Frank Hitt nicknamed me “The Bulldog” because when I bite I do not let go.  When people say it can’t be done, that is just a challenge to me to make it happen.

We are Mossy Oak Properties of the Heartland - Midwest Farm and Land…Rural Property Experts serving Blaine, Caddo, Canadian, Custer,Cleveland, and Grady County. Our area of the Oklahoma Heartland offers diverse habitat, terrain, recreational opportunities for land owners and all the other creature comforts of major shopping and entertainment.

We are situated near the crossroads of the nation…I-35/I-40 and as well on Highway 281 which goes right through Hinton, Oklahoma “North to Canada” or “South to Mexico”.  A quick and easy trip on either I-40 or I-35 or Highway 281 will put you in an area of great farmland, hunting and fishing while providing you a good transportation network to move all your toys to your favorite Lake or Hunting refuge.  We have some of the most beautiful canyon ponds that look like they are right out of the Field and Stream magazine.

Enjoy all water sports…fishing, hunting and hiking all around Ft. Cobb Lake.   Its WMA (Wildlife Management Area) covers 3,500 acres around the north end of Ft. Cobb Lake, Caddo County. It is located south of Hwy 152 and east of Hwy 146.   The area is a mixture of post oak, blackjack, red cedars and native mixed grasses. The area has uplands, flood plain and creek bottoms. There are mixed grasses, plum thickets and eastern red cedar predominately on upland sites. The lake is fed by three tributaries, Willow Creek to the northeast, Lake Creek to the north and Cobb Creek to the west. All of these creeks are timbered with cottonwood, willow and some hardwoods. There is an abundance of deer, turkey, wild hogs, and all the upland game you would want to hunt.

This watershed lake is directly in the path of the Central Flyway for migrating waterfowl, and act as roosts for millions of ducks and geese every winter.

The Wichita Mountains just a short distance to the south of us has a 60,000 Acre Wildlife Refuge.  We boast about our great quality of whitetail deer and Rio Grande turkeys.   Wildlife Management Areas are lands owned, licensed, leased or under the management of the Wildlife Division.  The primary objective on all lands owned or managed by the Department is the sound management and use of fish and wildlife resources resident thereon.

All of this is just short 45 minutes from the Oklahoma City Metropolitan area.  You can enjoy all of these things without driving all day to get to it!

We are excited about our future.  Let us Be A Part of Years...we would be proud to represent your needs whether it is selling a piece of property or purchasing that dream home and acreage!
