He had some terrible experiences with NYC rental agents, and most people he spoke with shared the same negative sentiments about brokers. It was at that moment that a light bulb went off. He thought, if everyone hates working with agents here, on the rare occasion they find one they like, they're going to refer that one agent to everyone they know - he's been striving to be that one ever since. Dan loves helping people. He grew up on the beach in Florida and brings that positive energy into his work.
