Joaquin graduated from St. John’s University College of Professional Studies with a B.S. in Criminal Justice and a minor in accounting. Prior to the recession of the late 2000’s, he did some part-time work at a real estate office which sparked his love of the business and he ended up obtaining his license thereafter. After a 5-year tenure in the finance sector he embarked on a full-time real estate career as an agent after he was a victim of company wide-layoffs during the first market crash. Throughout his career he has seen much success and has many awards based on his production which is a testament to his philosophy which is coupled with the unprecedented service and attention he offers to buyers and sellers. As a native New Yorker and a Midtown West resident. Joaquin has an extensive knowledge and affinity towards the city he has called home during his lifetime which has afforded him the opportunity to have vast knowledge and prowess in New York City Real Estate.
