Marsha Griffiths is a licensed real estate salesperson in New York with an emphasis in commercial real estate investment sales of various retail asset classes including mixed use, high street, grocery anchored, and single tenant NNN developments, and the overall repositioning and redevelopment of CRE assets. She has over 17 years of retail leasing and commercial real estate asset disposition experience and is a licensed Broker in Florida and a licensed real estate Salesperson in New Jersey. Her career spans from being a Broker Associate with EWM Realty International where she handled both commercial and residential transactions, and prior to that role, she was Regional Leasing Director at Equity One where she leased approximately 2 million square feet of leasable space. Ms. Griffiths began her leasing career with Terranova Corporation as a Leasing Agent Trainee shortly after graduating from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications. She then went on to receive her MBA from University of Miami in 2016.
