Kevin W, Saunders has over twenty (20) years of experience in commercial and residential real estate management and acquisitions. In 1996 he started at the USAA Corporate Real Estate division in Tampa, Florida where he was the Chief Engineer in charge of managing and maintaining the 128-acre property located in New Tampa. Kevin had responsibilities in many aspects of managing the property at USAA which included contracting all site activities and improvements, supervising all contract work performed, and supervision of the in-house facilities personnel. His knowledge is extensive along with his experience from large commercial building operations to residential property management, project supervision, contracting, and ownership. Kevin is currently the managing member of Saunders Investment, LLC where he has had personal experience in real estate through many acquisitions. He has had dealings in property management overseeing rental properties, which has included maintenance and renovations.  Kevin decided to further help people in the real estate market by becoming a real estate sales associate.  Kevin also expanded his services to include mobile home sales by attaining his brokers license from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Division of Motorist Services.  This broker’s license allows him to buy and sell mobile homes and allows him to further help his clients achieve the Florida lifestyle.
