Rita is also a New York State Certified Real Estate Appraiser and formerly held a New York State mortgage broker's license. She was originally licensed as the "Youngest REALTOR??, in New York State. She owned a construction renovation and property management company servicing approximately 500 rental units. At the same time she was always involved in residential real estate sales as well as appraising. Rita moved her business back to her hometown of Wallkill approximately 20 years ago.
