At a young age, Jennifer became attracted to the historic charm of New York City brownstones and townhouses through her family?s successful construction company, Cypress Construction, which specializes in the restoration of brownstones. Cypress Construction was established in 1985, and she has been involved in the family business for the past 14 years. Prior to entering the world of real estate, Jennifer traveled the world as a multimedia journalist. She has lived and worked in diverse environments such as India, the United Arab Emirates and Ireland. She also studied abroad for a semester at the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain, where she perfected her Spanish writing skills. Jennifer speaks and writes fluent Spanish and is currently learning Portuguese.
After successfully completing her bachelor's degree, she then attended the City University of New York Graduate School of Journalism where she received her Master of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with a concentration in health and medicine reporting.
In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys the theater, reading and, most of all, scuba diving.
