30 years experience as a long distance truck driver affords me the ability to enforce all my skills in Real Estate of time management, proper documentation, focusing on all office procedures in order to develop a confident relationship with buyers and sellers. In the late 80s I secured a position in property management for several buildings with multi units and implemented a data based management program with several employees under my supervision. All technology and repairs was my responsibility. During that time I received my real estate license and found my niche. I am now the broker/owner of a prestigious office in the community that I have lived in for 40 years. I am married with 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
