Zack Royals is a personable, accomplished, and hardworking real estate expert known throughout the industry for his patient approach, intuitive listening skills, and ability to accurately assess each of his clients? potential investments. He listens carefully to each client's unique set of goals, and then creates a customized strategy to achieve them. Zack primarily focuses on residential sales and rentals in downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, but he has represented clients across the city. His additional experience as a sales director for a new development in Gramercy and work within a top 10 producing team in NYC gives him dynamic perspectives of the market.

Originally from a small town outside of Atlanta, Georgia, Zack attended Georgia State, where he majored in Economics. Before pursuing his passion for real estate, Zack enjoyed a successful four-year career in hospitality, as well as six years of service with the Navy Reserve in Atlanta and New York. Outside of work, he is frequently honing his programming & analysis skills in data analytics. He is also an avid reader, and loves to stay active through running and weightlifting. He currently lives in a townhouse in Brooklyn. He?s a member of the NYC branch of Brunchwork.
