Enjoy four seasons from this Timberline cabin - our latest camp model. Located in Osceola, NY, our camp crew built this fully finished 18 x 32' cabin in 2020. It features an open living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with a loft upstairs that sleeps four. Outdoors, the cabin has a front deck, a back porch and a storage shed. Also, the cabin runs on off-grid power and has a drilled well and septic system. This property is located on Prince Brook, overlooking a section of the creek featuring several small rapids and waterfalls. Fall asleep to the sound of the river out your back door and enjoy morning coffee at the water's edge. Hardwood and hemlock forest provides great habitat for deer, turkey and river otter. The land is located on Prince Brook Road, a seasonal road that doubles as a snowmobile trail that feeds into the Tug Hill trail system. The property is also in an area popular with North Country hunters with its close proximity to four state forests, offering thousands of acres of recreational land to explore. Also 10 minutes to Salmon River Reservoir for fishing and boating and close to the Salmon River. For skiers, the nearby Osceola Tug Hill XC Ski Center offers miles of trails.
