New to the market is a rare find in Northwest Kansas. This tract is located in Southwest Sherman County, Kansas, off of County Road 52 & Road 13. This tract offers both investment and recreational benefits. For the wildlife, water source is approximately three miles, via way the crow flies to Sherman County Smoky Gardens.
