Southern Tier Camp with Views

This hand-crafted, off-grid camp is furnished and ready for summer use. Set on a hilltop meadow facing south and west and bordered by woodlands, this property offers amazing views. The camp has a rain water system for washing and cooking and a composting toilet. Two sheds hold tools and a generator. Located on a seasonal road, this is a great property for hunters and fishermen. While touring the land, our land guides saw plenty of signs of deer and turkey on the land. Also state forest is a short drive away for excellent southern tier hunting and snowmobile trail are close by for winter fun.
