Bluestone Commons is the new Active Adult rental community built in lovely Maybrook, in Orange County, NY for those 55 and better. Besides offering both 1 and 2 bedroom residences. Bluestone Commons also provides all of its tenants with the use of a wonderful Clubroom, Game Room, Yoga Studio, Library, Crafts Room, Fitness Centers and outdoor barbeque and picnic area. Each residence is handicapped accessible and is equipped with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. hook-ups for washers and dryers are provided in each residence (buy your own or rent them from us). We have just completed 3 new buildings.
