A great balance of historic aesthetic and modern convenience is on this treelined block on West 73rd Street. This place is in close proximity to many shops and stores from small to moderate businesses. It gives the neighborhood a boosted eclectic value. The doorman attending the lobby was very upbeat and welcoming as I entered the well-designed luxury lobby. Great lighting is always a plus. The elevator is a work of art! Wood finished walls with great detail, and the light fixtures were stylish and warm. The studio is spacious. From the moment you enter, it should impress immediately. The bathroom is located right by the front door and is designed well. It has a marble patterned floor, a good step-in tub, and a shower with shower doors. The lighting is up to par, which is great for your time in the vanity mirror. The first closet is pretty deep for great storage. The kitchen is next structured in a Pullman style, all of which you need lines up on one side of the area. There are stainless steel appliances that are above average size. White wooden cabinets are strategically placed for ease and convenience around the appliances. The kitchen space also has a granite floor for easy cleanup. The main living area is huge. One can probably split it in two, depending on the imagination and resources available. There is a surprisingly quaint balcony space with a steel window door and entry up 2 steps. It shows a good view of the NYC buildings in the area. It brings some character to the apartment and makes for a great conversation starter.
