What is NY State MLS and how does it work?
The NY State MLS is a statewide Multiple Listing Service open to all Licensed Real Estate Professionals (Agents, Brokers, Appraisers). The goal of NY State MLS is to provide an additional advertising outlet to feature and sell your listings to any other broker or agent in the state. All listings on the NY State MLS must offer compensation for any co-broke property and adhere to all New York State Laws governing the sale of property by a Licensed Professional. The member's only side of this site offers "agent full" listing views with commission splits and confidential remarks.
All the State’s listings are not on the site yet, when will they be listed?
When Real Estate Agents and Brokers join and add their listings, then the site will be fully populated. Basic membership is free, so what do you have to loose? Add your listings today and begin advertising them all over New York State! NY State MLS IS NOT A FEED FROM YOUR CURRENT MLS. Listings must be entered by each listing agent, just as they are in any other MLS, and they must be kept updated, just like they are in any other MLS.

Do I have to be a licensed real estate agent?
Yes you must a licensed real estate agent to join. After sign up you will be asked for your Real Estate License number which can be found on your state issued pocket card.
How do I change my password and or contact information?
After member login, click edit my profile. Here you can upload a photo and company logo, change your contact information and password. You can also write a custom profile which (for premium members) can be seen by the public.
Why am I not able to upload my profile photo or listing photos?
You will need the most current version of Java and Java Script enabled in order to upload photos to our Website. To get the most current version Click Here.
I have the most current version of Java and Java Script enabled, how come I still cannot upload pictures?
