Coco has a strong philosophy about the spaces and places we live in. ?The environment that surrounds you makes you who you are and enhances your way of life. That?s why I went to college to study architecture, have been volunteering for Habitats for Humanity for years, and began my career in real estate! I love helping people discover the true meaning of home, which is our very essence and foundation.?

With a background in architecture and fashion design, Coco has a keen eye and creative vision. She was born in the small city of Andong in South Korea then went to Seoul after high school. Coco graduated from Seoul National University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor?s degree in architecture. While she was a student, she obtained three national licenses in architecture, landscape and construction safety management. Her ability to see possibilities in a space and read a floorplan to optimize its potential is invaluable to her clients.

In New York, Coco also took courses in fashion styling/image consulting at Fashion Institute of Technology. She is driven by a sense of style and a unique flair for client service. What people also love most about working with her is her punctuality, attention to detail, caring nature, and clear communication. ?Once said, I make it done!? she says with conviction.

A Manhattan resident for 13 years, Coco first lived in the East Village and has called Tribeca home for more than a decade. She specializes in sales and rentals in the downtown Manhattan market which she knows and loves. Fluent in English and Korean, Coco also can read, write and understand Italian, French and Spanish; plus she is conversant in Japanese. Her language proficiency endears her to a diverse international clientele.

Coco and her husband share their home with their two Siamese cats, Magic and Charm. They are true foodies who have all the buzz on the hottest restaurants. Coco is addicted to designing and sewing; 90% of the apparel and accessories she wears she created herself. She is also an enthusiast and member of various cultural institutions which enrich, inspire and benefit the city tremendously.
