Jonathan Hahm?s longstanding passion for real estate has come full circle, driving him to join Keller Williams NYC with a focus on rentals, sales and investment opportunities. As a real estate investor himself, and having been involved in large-scale real estate transactions through his consulting company, he understands the intricacy of orchestrating deals, and the delicacy it takes to guide clients through the process.
Born in South Korea, Jonathan was raised in South America from age five then moved to Bergen County, NJ in 1990. He is trilingual in Korean, Spanish and English. Jonathan graduated from Indiana University of PA with a BA in Economics, and attended Yonsei University in South Korea as an exchange student. In 2004, he founded Hahm & Co., a boutique international business consulting firm that helped US brands launch and penetrate into the Asia Pacific market, specifically South Korea, Japan and China.
Jonathan obtained his real estate license in 2009, and through Hahm & Co. was also involved with numerous real estate transactions, among which was closing the 33rd Street and 7th Avenue retail business sale for $2.5 million USD. He also worked on major projects with large developers such as Extell?s capital raising for the pre-development site on 153 West 57 Street.
Always entrepreneurial, Jonathan also founded an online marketing company that helped retailers in NYC increase sales and profits, co-founded the US?s #1 coconut water brand branch in South Korea, and established OMRS, a firm providing prompt delivery services to hotels and condominiums in NYC. Clients who work with him to find or sell property are assured an excellent work ethic, a creative goal-oriented business mind, superior sales savvy, and most importantly, honest, accurate real estate advice.
On the personal side, Jonathan loves playing golf, working out at the gym, doing hot yoga, and spending downtime with his Golden Retriever.
