There can be many unexpected issues which can arise, but if a client has an experienced Realtor, those can be predicted and resolved before it becomes a "challenge" during the purchase or sale process. It is my goal and desire to create as much of a pleasant, stress-free transaction as possible, as I realize it can be an emotional time. Buying and/or selling IS emotional and I stay very mindful of this when working with my clients. I list properties referred to me and work with tons of buyers placing them in their dream homes. I am was rise in Brooklyn, attended  high school and college in Brooklyn. I have knowledge of Brooklyn properties and communities in the tri-state Area. I pride myself in working as a quality agent rather than working toward large volume goals. I want to work directly with each client in order to give that client personal attention throughout the transaction. I have enjoyed much success in the Atlanta market and have made many good friends, many of whom have returned for their second, third and fourth sale or purchase.
