After working for a decade in the luxury real estate space in upstate New York for Sotheby’s International Realty, our team at Off-Market Consultants developed a unique understanding of the luxury seller, buyer, and agent/broker. We made it our mission to develop and offer unique technologies to help expedite the selling, buying, and brokerage process in the Hudson Valley, Catskills, and surrounding upstate New York regions. We are currently introducing an innovative rural real estate search engine, known as Luxmatch, that has the potential to revolutionize rural real estate search and expand the current amount of available properties that are available  through an "off-market," private environment. We pride ourselves on our innovative technologies and look forward to representing  a new off-market property niche, while also offering our clients on-market representation with a proven marketing schedule used for luxury properties for the past decade by Mr. Spero. We have set multiple highest-priced residential records in upstate New York and have a proven track record of monetizing highly priced residential and large tracts of land throughout the past decade in 6 separate counties.
