After graduating from Fordham University with a major in Finance and Marketing, she went into the executive training program at Lord and Taylor where she began her professional life. Jennifer next transitioned to various top-name wholesalers such as Liz Claiborne, Jones New York and Tommy Hilfiger, always in sales-related capacities that encompassed everything from planning to direct sales.
Originally from Rockland County, NY, Jennifer has happily called Manhattan home for two decades. She lives Murry Hill, with a 14-year history in her building as an apartment owner and associate board member. Her experience has honed Jennifer?s knowledge of the rules of co-ops, getting approved, pet policies etc., as well as current rental pricing, and the steps/procedures to get the perfect place.
