Joe got his start in Real Estate right after he graduated from Holy Trinity H.S. in 1973.

Throughout the seventies and early eighties Joe was consistently recognized for his outstanding performance. In 1983, Joe opened his own company, which was twice the top firm in Nassau County. Joe earned the prestigious CRB designation in 1987.

Throughout the eighties and nineties Joe represented the Resolution Trust Company, numerous banks and investment companies with their bank owned properties.

1992-1994 President of Century 21 Broker's Council, where he designed a multi million dollars advertising program for all Century 21 offices on Long Island.

In 1997 he merged his company with the Laffey Organization to form one of the Largest CENTURY 21 companies in the state. They became one of the largest in the country thanks to Joe's training and marketing programs that he helped designed and implement.

1999 Inducted into Holy Trinity H.S Hall of Fame.
2000 Manager of the Year Century 21 Laffey Organization.
2001-2004 Vice President of Career Development and Regional Manager, for Century 21 Laffey
2004- Present Yearly Award Winning Production
2013 Centurion Award Top 2% in Country & “Top 21 Agent” Awards

2014 Joined Realty Connect USA one of the leading real estate firms on Long Island. After many years in management, he decided to go back into the field and help families accomplish their dreams of home ownership.

2015 Presented with the Emeritus Award from the Long Island Board of Realtors® (LIBOR)
