What is an IDX and how does it work?

By placing listings into the IDX, you are giving each one more potential exposure. In addition to your listing appearing through the MLS,, Zillow, Trulia, and 40+ other sites, the IDX will allow your listings to be seen by the clients of other MLS members receiving the IDX feed for their website. This will allow your listing to be seen by more potential buyers.
