I'm Regina Zeigenbein, a Realtor with Crye-Leike, Realtors in Bella Vista, AR and a proud Senior Real Estate Speciaist. I have the priviledge of helping buyers and sellers throughout the Bella Vista area navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. 
Real estate is much more than buying and selling to me, it's about building relationships, earning trust, and helping people confidently move into their next chapter of life. Since becoming a licensed Realtor I've enjoyed guiding clients throughevery step of the process, from pricing and marketing homes to negotiating contracts and coordinating sucessful closings. 
What I bring to real estate is a lifetime of customer service experience. Throughout my career, I've learned that listening, communicating honestly, and treating people with respect are the keys to delivering exceptional service.
Before becoming a Realtor I spent more than 15 years as a Ford Service Advisor, where I helped customers make informed decisions, solved problems, coordinated repairs, and managed multiple priorities in a fast-paced enviroment. Those years tauht me the importance of communication, attention to detail, and advocating for my clients.
I also service as a Business Support Specialist at Missouri University of Science and Technology, where I managed the Miner Card ID Office. My responsibilities included training employees, impoving office procedures, overseeing technology and purchasing, and ensuring smooth daily operations. That experience strengthened my organizatonal skills and reinforced my passion for helping people. 
Earlier in my career I spent 13 years as a licensed cosmetologist and worked in my family's feed and farm supply business. Those experiences taught me the value of personal relationships, hard work, and creating lasting connections with people from all walks of life.
Today I combine those experiences with my knowledge of the Bella Vista market to help my clients make informed decisions with confidence.
