I started my career in Commercial Real Estate in the Midwest in the late 1980s working in Property Management. In 2003, I moved the family to Orange County to join a leading Property Management Firm out of Irvine. I was tasked with managing their California portfolio of 12 Mobile Home Communities and 2 Apartment Complexes. The move required the whole family to uproot from our home in Wisconsin and make a new life here in Southern California. As you can imagine, we have never looked back. We love the people, the weather, and the opportunity to work in a growing field of affordable, high-quality housing options.

After eight years of working on the management side of Manufactured Housing, I decided to focus my time and energy on selling new and used Manufactured Homes. It was the perfect way for me to work for individual clients rather than a big corporation. So I joined Advantage Homes, a leading Mobile Home Dealer here in Orange County, and started my journey to helping buyers and sellers with their Mobile Home and Manufactured Home Goals. Most recently, in 2018, I opened South Coast Mobile Homes to create a client-focused Mobile Home Dealership to help provide affordable housing options to Seniors and Families.
