Philip's passion for the land and outdoors led him to pursue a career in real estate after founding a successful lumber manufacturing business in Waycross, Georgia. In 1996, he established a large row crop farming operation in Southwest Georgia, cultivating a diverse range of crops such as peanuts, cotton, corn, wheat, and soybeans. This firsthand experience in agriculture provides Philip with a unique perspective and deep understanding of the land market.

With a BA in Business and Finance from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in Laurinburg, North Carolina, Philip combines his educational background with continuous professional development.
