This small group of superstars have 65 years of real estate experience. Bob Mallek, Team Leader is GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), a Licensed Home Inspector and Property Manager.
In 1992 Bob bought18.5 acres, built Oak Hill Club, a private golf practice facility and sold 430 memberships. Then in 1995 he bought 40 acres and developed Madison Avenue Club in Burr Ridge, Illinois. All homesites were sold before the roads were completed. One of his developments includes a Super Walmart in Villa Park, Illinois and 140 condo development in Lemont, Illinois.
Upon arriving in South Florida, Bob was a Broker Associate with MLS Realty, the true real estate brokerage arm of Buy Owner. Buy Owner was a highly advertised company selling homeowners the idea of selling their homes without an agent. Ultimately, 80% became MLS Realty clients.
Bob had 8 years of success with his own real estate brokerage, but found The Keyes Company offered much more value to clients from support services, marketing tools and clout in the industry. The Keyes Company is the most powerful real estate force in Southeast Florida. The very best!
