Michele Schafer is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 39 years of experience. Holding designations including GRI, SFR, TRC, RSPS, PMN, CDPE, MRP, and AHWD, Michele has represented a diverse clientele — permanent and seasonal homebuyers, commercial investors, and those building and managing property portfolios. Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, she began her real estate career in 1986 and has continually expanded her expertise across sales, investment, and client services.
After moving to Cape Coral in 2001 with her husband Bob, Michele fell in love with the waterfront lifestyle and has since become deeply versed in local market dynamics. Her knowledge spans Cape Coral and the surrounding Lee, Charlotte, and Collier counties.
