Raised and residing in North Palm Beach, Matt holds a Master's in Entrepreneurship from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida, a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and attended The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, Florida. In January of 2011 his company, Waterstone Real Estate Services, merged with Illustrated Properties Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent real estate company in Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. Prior to forming Waterstone Real Estate Services, Matt served as Director of Operations for The Hunter Group, a full-service commercial and residential development brokerage headquartered in Orlando, FL. At The Hunter Group, he oversaw five offices in the United States and Caribbean and was named Real Estate's Rising Star by BrokerAgent Magazine. In 2006, Matt started Venture Real Estate & Development in Winter Park, FL and worked in commercial development, until returning to Palm Beach County in 2008. Matt Brannon is a Multi-Million Dollar, Top Platinum Level Producer for Illustrated Properties, a member of the National Association of RealtorsÂ, the Florida Association of RealtorsÂ, and the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches. When he’s not exceeding expectations for his clients, Matt volunteers with several non-profit youth organizations, serves on the Board of Trustees, and as President of the Alumni Association at The Benjamin School.
