Jason Flannery has been a local resident for over 30 years. As the proud father of three boys, Jason finds himself deeply rooted in the local community. He is a second-generation Realtor for 20 plus years and believes very strongly in the Realtor profession which is abundantly evident through his past participation and continuous volunteer efforts within the Realtor Association's at the local, state, and national levels. Jason takes pride in his contributions to the local community and believes that you must give back.  He continues his volunteerism to better serve his clients with up-to-date knowledge.

Jason was elected the youngest President of the local Association of Realtors in 2013, as well as awarded the 2014 Realtor of the Year. In 2023 he was awarded the Community Service Award from the local Realtor Association displaying his continued support for his community. He personifies the team mentality through his exemplary leadership qualities and client first approach. Jason brings his management and business background as the backbone of the Flannery Team.

You will often hear Jason say, “Why hire a Realtor, when you can hire a team of Realtors at the same cost”. What the typical seller or buyer may not understand initially is the communication and speed of a team is the difference maker either securing a home or securing the RIGHT buyer.
