Marley developed a strong understanding of the Real Estate Business at an early age while growing up in her family company. She has extensive knowledge in researching and negotiating in the Wellington market. Marley has represented buyers and sellers throughout Wellington in communities such as The Palm Beach Polo Club, The Aero Club, Palm Beach Point, Southfields, Lakefield and Grand Prix Village. She was recently the leading sales person in the Equestrian Club Community for the 2013-2014 seasons. Marley is also very comfortable assisting renters to find a seasonal home and this diversity has made her a favorite of Equestrian Professionals worldwide. Her extensive horse knowledge allows her to understand exactly what her clients need. Marley recently represented the seller and completed one of the highest priced sales in the Wellington area above 15 million. Devoted to her horses in her downtime, Marley was the youngest winner of the prestigious Budweiser American Invitational, the winner of the Audi Lisbon 5* Grand Prix in Lisbon, Portugal. She retired the Small and Large Junior Hunter Championships at the National Horse Show aboard the Nevertheless and Whiskey Before Breakfast team in Falsterbo, Sweden and has been High Amateur Jumper Rider of the Year in 2008, 2009 and 2010.
