Steve Dutcher, former President of DH&B and now with Illustrated Properties Real Estate, is a Florida Native. He is a graduate from Southern Methodist University, located in Dallas, Texas. Steve attended High School in Connecticut prior to college. Born in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, he moved to Stuart, Florida in 1969. Steve received his real estate license at the age of 19 and his Broker’s license in 1983, when he joined Dutcher-Higginbotham and Bass, Inc. He earned his GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) from the Florida Association of Realtors in 1993 and his CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist) from an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and his CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager) designation. Steve was a Director of the Realtors Association of Martin County for 7 years. He was a past member of the Board of Directors of the local American Cancer Society. He is the President of the St. Lucie Condominium office building. Steve donates his time at St. Mary’s Church distributing food to the needy on a monthly basis. In the event of a local disaster, Steve serves on the Red Cross Disaster Team for St. Mary’s Church. Steve is also a past director of the Martin County Literary Council. A lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, Steve has consistently earned one of the Board of Realtor’s highest sales achievement awards. In addition to handling individual properties, Steve was Project and Sales Manager for the Hillcrest Subdivision in Sewall’s Point, the Sea Subdivision in Rocky Point and Dutcher Estates in Stuart.
