Tracy, a University of Maryland, College Park graduate, began her career in luxury Real Estate on Long Island's North Shore. Leading her sales force, she propelled the agency to the top for luxury Condominiums and luxury houses she negotiated its buy-out by Century 21. This allowed her to focus on building her business.

As Tracy is an entrepreneur she was eager  for a new venture, Tracy founded Chartwell Staffing Services in Lancaster, Pa  and served as its President. Chartwell became the fastest-growing Women-owned business for two consecutive years, reaching nationwide presence, with $300 million in revenue and 5,000 employees. Recently, Chartwell was sold.

In Tracy's spare time you will found her riding her bike, walking and playing tennis she is an active contributor Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, cherishing time with family.
