I am an independent agent for Kings Gate Realty, managed by Community Realty Services. My primary focus is listing and selling properties within Kings Gate Club, a highly sought after 55+ cooperatively owned gated community where ownership and governance are shared among the residents. This unique community located in Nokomis on the Southwest Coast of Florida, two miles from the historic City of Venice and the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. KGC consists of 331 units on approximately 80 acres, with 78 homes fronting a 6-acre lake, 39 homes on Shakett Creek, and 32 homes on Cowpen Slough.  Of these, 57 have water access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Our social events include monthly dances, travel opportunities including day trips and cruises, dinners and entertainment shows to name a few.   Our HOA maintenance fees are $1315 Quarterly, ($438 per month), and this includes Reverse Osmosis Water, 200 channels of Cable TV and Fiber Optics Internet, Sewer and Lawn mowing. King’s Gate Club receives a commission from a sale by King’s Gate Realty.
