Tim Lloyd was born and raised in South Florida, after which he attended both the University of Miami and University of Florida. Tim began his career in the financial sector as a financial planner and prior to becoming a Realtor, had a successful career as the Director of Commercial Business for a local insurance company located in the Treasure Coast. He will tell you; his determination, rationale and work ethic are a direct reflection of his parental guidance.

Tim is proud to be a second generation Floridian and enjoys the ocean and the outdoors. An avid fisherman since childhood, he embraces the common thread of the marine and fisherman community that makes our coast so special. His extensive financial background, Insurance experience and knowledge of our local
waterways make him an integral piece of the Flannery Team.
