Carol Rafter joined Illustrated Properties, RiverWalk, in 2007 where she has achieved Platinum Level recognition every year since. Carol's real estate career began in Palm Beach and the eastern communities of West Palm Beach in 1990 while she was a teacher and Athletic Director at Palm Beach Day Academy, established in 1921 as the first independent school in the state of Florida. Carol attained her Master's Degree from Florida Atlantic University.

Carol enjoys co-producing Illustrated Properties, RiverWalk's community events and charitable efforts including a children's Halloween party, holiday golf cart parade, annual Garden Tea Party, monthly movie nights, and the collecting of holiday gifts for needy children. Doggies and their walkers regularly find Carol with meet and greet treats at the Illustrate Properties, RiverWalk office door!
Carol has called Palm Beach County home since 1970. She is a native of Pennsylvania. Carol enjoys golf and tennis and was active in USTA and North County Women's Tennis Leagues for many years. Her real passions are Ruffles and the Big Dog Ranch in Loxahatchee. Carol's son, Reid, is Director of Tennis at St. Andrews School in Boca Raton. He is also a licensed realtor with Illustrated Properties, Delray Beach.
